St Goustan

This charming little port, with its granite pier and its rounded cobblestones, lined with half-timbered houses, is a real jewel.

In the sixteenth century, the rise of St. Goustan, has linked its activities shipping, was particularly important. It was one of the 3 major ports of South Brittany and Quimperlé with Wigan. The merchants were building their warehouses and their houses up St. Sauveur, rue Neuve or rue du Petit Pont.

The port is now a haven of peace, lively evening in which to settle on the terrace.

Vannes

Le Golfe du Morbihan

Le golfe du Morbihan est une mer intérieure d'une largeur de 20 km parsemée de nombreuses îles et îlots.C'est une destination prisée pour la beauté de ses paysages... couvrant une centaine de kilomètres carrés, située en Bretagne, dans le département du Morbihan auquel il a donné son nom. Son nom breton, Mor bihan, signifie « petite mer ».
